JKE Venture Group focuses first on improving and optimizing business processes at SMEs, including through Lean Six Sigma. Working closely together builds insight into a company's growth potential — and where we see an opportunity, we're open to investing ourselves. Separately, as an entrepreneur, we build our own ventures.
Our work starts with the business processes: how a company actually operates, where the bottlenecks are and where efficiency can be gained. That close collaboration also gives us real insight into the business and its growth potential. If we see an opportunity and believe in the company, we're open to taking the next step and investing ourselves — for example in exchange for an equity stake.
Alongside our work with SMEs, we build ventures of our own, including e-commerce concepts and digital platforms such as BaiSeri. Operating our own businesses keeps our approach grounded in execution and entrepreneurship.
